This site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or advice you should act on without talking to us. Prices shown are our current list prices and may change; what governs an engagement is the document you sign, not this page.

Every engagement runs on a written scope of work agreed in advance: what we are building or operating, over what period, and on what commercial terms. That document is the agreement between us. If it is not written down, it is not agreed.

We publish no uptime figure, no response-time commitment, and no service level here. Where an engagement needs one, it is negotiated and written into that engagement's scope. We hold no certifications and display no compliance badges, because we have not earned any.

The content, branding, and code of this site belong to Chadi Abi Fadel (peaklight.ai). Ownership of anything produced during an engagement is settled in that engagement's scope of work, in writing, before work starts.
